Selected work / Adella&Co

Adella&Co website

A scroll-led entrance film, a zoom gallery of featured estates, and two themes, built to present architectural homes with the restraint the brand calls for.

The brief

Quiet luxury, shown rather than told.

Adella&Co represents architectural and oceanfront homes on the Southern California coast. Buyers and sellers at this level expect discretion, so the site needed to feel like a private introduction rather than a listing portal.

What the work demonstrates

Motion that serves the property.

01

Cinematic pacing

The hero clip is scrubbed by scroll rather than autoplayed, so the visitor controls the walk-in. Easing keeps the motion smooth on fast wheel input.

02

Gallery as a narrative

Each estate opens from a single frame into the full composition, with details and pricing fading in only once the zoom settles.

03

Calm, direct contact

The inquiry card is short and private. It promises a direct reply and does not push for a form-heavy funnel.

Design principles

Four rules behind every screen.

Let the architecture lead

Photography and motion carry the story. Type and chrome stay quiet so the homes stay the focus.

Motion with a purpose

Every animation reveals something about the property or the next step. Reduced-motion visitors get a full, static version of the same content.

Two themes, one voice

Dark and light modes share the same palette logic and typography, so the brand reads the same at any hour.

Private by default

Contact is one clear path. Nothing is gated, and nothing asks for more than a name and a way to reply.
